• Daily itinerary with references on your map.
• Route-plan indicating distances, as well as travelling times and road conditions.
• Available overnight facilities such as camping grounds or chalets.
• Contact details for accommodation possibilities.
• Re-fuelling and stocking points.
• Safari hints and pitfalls to look out for.
• Equipment packing list.
• One hour appointment to discuss details of your safari.
• GPS waypoints can also be provided.

This unique and insightful service is provided at a cost of R250 for each day's planning, together with a deposit of R750. e.g.: A safari of 5 days will be calculated at R250 x 5 + R750 = R2000. If you require a meeting longer than one hour, it will be calculated at R550 per hour.

Here's what you need!

• The preferred currency to use when travelling in Africa is USD (please note the head on the dollar notes to be "big"). The Rand currency may be used in Namibia, Zimbabwe and Mozambique.
• If you are not the registered owner of the vehicle, you should obtain a letter of authorization, on an original letterhead, from the owner/ financial institution and a copy of the registration papers.
• Ensure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months.
• 3rd party insurance is compulsory for every country.
