I want to thank Horts Kellerman for his assistance.
I was there a day or two ago with my 2006 Nissan Hardbody that I just acquired.
I was actually just having a browse, as I am new to having a bakkie and camping for that matter. (My wife, three children and I have just recently started doing some camping).

I asked him about the power systems and explained that I have a VERY tight budget at the moment and that I probably wouldn’t be buying anything for a while still.

Despite the fact that I made it clear that I could not make any purchases, Horst kindly explained the different battery systems (Dual/Portable/etc) to me and even suggested he test the current battery in my vehicle, to give me an even more accurate “suggestion” as to what system would suit my needs and my budget.

I don’t know if this seems trivial or not, but I always figure that if a person can be quick to complain about poor service, you should also be quick to compliment good service.

Net 'n kort nota om dankie te sê vir die opleiding Saterdag. Ek en Louis het dit verskriklik baie geniet en geweldig baie geleer ten opsigte van die meganika van viertrek voertuie en die hantering van my voertuig op die hindernisroete. Ben het die indrukwekkende vermoë om sy kennis op 'n professionele manier oor te dra en elke bestuurder op sy gemak te laat voel.

November Opleiding

Ons het `n baie lekker dag gehad en het baie geleer, veral wat die teorie betref. Die tegniese opleiding oor hoe die 4X4 werk was `n “eye opener” en vir ons baie waardevol. Ben was baie goed in sy aanbieding en ken sy vak gebied goed. Ons het gemaklik gevoel om baie vrae te vra. Alles was in orde Saterdag, lekker kos, baie drinkgoed en goeie geselskap.

Nou spaar ons vir die advance kursus J . Dit is die volgende kursus wat ek baie graag wil doen.

Ben is ‘n goeie aanbieder wat als baie mooi verduidelik.  Venue aangenaam en was verras met die tannie se lekker middagete.

Ons het die opleiding baie geniet en in die proses baie geleer.  Ek dink dit word op 'n baie professionele manier gedoen en julle moet daarmee volhou.  Tydens die opleiding word daar ook baie aandag aan elke individuele voertuig eienaar gegee om seker te maak dat hy/sy die voertuig ten volle verstaan en weet waartoe die voertuig in staat is.

Dra die boodskap ook so aan Ben Naude oor en bedank hom vir die professionele manier waarop die opleiding gedoen word.

Although I didn't have the courage to actually drive I did feel I understood a lot and would like to thank you seriously for everything.  You make an excellent teacher.  Your lunch was also excellent.  Had I not been so exhausted and tired I know I should have driven - I was foolish not to have - especially with you as my teacher.  I will say that I had only driven the vehicle for 2 hrs. and that was without the AHA actually in place!  I felt you gave us a great deal of confidence in the vehicle and how to drive it - certainly Bill proved it!!  Thank you again very much - I now have to read the little manual and begin my career as a 4 x 4 driver!

He not only taught us incredible things about our vehicles and the safety aspects, but kept us entertained throughout the session. None of us where really excited about 3-4 hours theory, but all walked out of that session amazed by what we had learned.

• Verloor silver-pen van Nuvi 710 (jack) wat by aansteker inprop.
• Bel Garmin.
• Hulle verwys my na 'n paar plekke. (Safari Centre was nie een nie)
• Besluit om sommer na Safari Centre te ry.
• Daar kry ek ‘n jong man met die naam Danie.
• Hy pluk daar 'n ander stuk draad uit ’n plastiese sakkie, skroef die punt met al sy goeters uit en bou dit oor op myne
• Ons toets dit in die motor maar blaas die sekering (fuse) .....eisch!
• Geen moeite, ou Danie spring daar weg en druk n ander sekering daar in.
• Daar werk die ding asof hy betaal word!
• Vra toe vir Danie hoeveel moet ek hom (Safari) betaal?
• “Nee-wat” sê hy “jy skuld ons niks, dit is 'n plesier!!”
• Kon nie glo dat sulke diens en vriendelikheid nog bestaan nie.

Baie dankie aan Danie en Safari Centre - ek beveel julle aan by al my vrinne!

In this day and age, service delivery is in most cases non-existent (in SA). I recently had the privilege of receiving service which went beyond their call. Safari Centre is to be commended for their excellent service. I needed to have an OME suspension fitted to my Toyota for the Easter weekend. The necessary spares arrived at the branch at 16h30 on Thursday 20 March 2008. I was promised that it would be fitted and be ready for collection. I arrived at 19h00 and everything was fitted. I could not believe it - these guys did not have that 'long weekend' attitude! I will definitely be back.

I have never received anything less than friendly service and good, solid impartial advice from all the staff in the store! This must be the reason why you are so successful at what you guys do! I am also in the service industry and fully understand the value of service levels such as you offer in our country today. It is like taking a breath of fresh air when I walk into your store.

My vehicle will be coming in sometime to have a roof rack fitted, and I look forward to seeing you all.

Once again, my sincere thanks, I will not hesitate to recommend your company to all my friends and family and especially to my "comrades" in the 4x4 club. May you go from strength to strength!
