I would just like to thank you for the excellent training course that you guys offered over the weekend. We enjoyed the day tremendously and learned so much!
If you could please pass on our thanks to Alfonso. The way in which he presented the course was awesome. He not only taught us incredible things about our vehicles and the safety aspects, but kept us entertained throughout the session. None of us where really excited about 3 -4 hours theory, but all walked out of that session amazed by what we had learned.
Thank you again, I can assure you that I will recommend your training centre to anyone I know and meet and will definitely be enrolling for the advanced course once I have a little more experience in my vehicle.

- Hy pluk daar 'n ander stuk draad uit n plastiese sakkie, skroef die punt met al sy goeters uit en bou dit oor op myne
- Ons toets dit in die moter maar blaas die sekering (fuse)......eisch!
- Geen moeite, ou danie spring daar weg en druk n ander sekering daar in
- Daar werk die ding asof hy betaal word
- Vra toe vir Danie hoeveel moet ek hom (Safari) betaal
- Nee-wat se hy. Jy skuld ons niks,dit is 'n plesier!!
Kon nie glo dat skulke diens en vriendelikheid nog bestaan nie

I would like to comment on excellent service that I received from one of your sales guy's while down in Durban a month ago. I needed some small spares for my Outback roof rack, which I could only get directly fro m the dealer in Johannesburg . I was down in Durban for two days and popped into your shop in Gateway Centre late one evening. The next morning he called me and said I could come to collect the spares.

In this day and age, service delivery is in most cases non-existent. (SA). I recently had the priveledge of receiving service which went beyond their call. Safari Centre is to be commended for excellent service. I needed to have a OME suspension fitted to my Toyota for the Easter weekend. The necessary spares arrived at the branch at 16h30 on Thurday 20/03/2008. I was promised that it would be fitted and be ready for collection. I arrived at 19h00 and everything was fitted. I could not believe it, these guys did not have that "long weekend" attitude! I will definitely be back.

I am writing to you to thank you for the outstanding sevice received by your company. I often go into your store, sometimes just to browse, and have over the last few months purchased close to R15 000 of accessories for my HILUX as a few friends and I are planning a trip to Botswana .
I have never received anything less than friendly service and good, solid impartial advice from all the staff in the store! This must be the reason why you are so successful at what you guys do! I am also in the service industry and fully understand the value of service levels such as you offer in our country today. It is like taking a breath of fresh air when I walk into your store.
My vehicle wil be coming in sometime to have a roof rack fitted, and I look forward to seeing you all.
Once again, my sincere thanks, I will not hesitate to recommend your company to all my friends and family and especially to my "comrades" in the 4x4 club. May you go from strength to strength!
